Cardlock Vending offers replacement key component parts to support existing Cardlock Vending oil vending machines. CV's manual "OVM Install and Service" may be downloaded by clicking on this link. The file size is just under 4mb.
Cardlock Vending in the 90's introduced the series 3 control board for oil vending machines (replacing the previous series 2 control board). The series 3 control board RS-232 serial capabilities allows the option of PetroVend and Gasboy serial command of the oil vending machines. Today we stock and support three (3) series 3 control boards: Mechanical interface, PetroVend serial interface, or Gasboy serial interface.
Oil vending machine heavy duty electric gear motors are for gallon chutes or extremely cold weather quart chutes.
The lighter duty gear motor drive illustrated to the left is for quart dispensing (except very cold climates).
The "green ready light" indicates the unit is authorized to dispense.

Each door
has an upper and lower locking door handle.

select push buttons are available in two versions. The round
headed push button is for machines that have 110 vac to the door panel.
Newer machines had 12 vdc square head buttons.
